I conceived and produced a concert for live ping pong playing, piano, clarinet and cello in 2019 as a part of Kakilang (formerly Chinese Arts Now) production. The concert was premiered at Southbank’s Soundstate Festival and toured in Shanghai for the International Ping Pong Festival. There are five composers involved in the project: Nicola Chang, Mollusc Dimension, Alex Ho, Raymond Yiu and me. Each of us used different feature of the ping pong playing and compose the music for it.
